Certificates for the Summer series of GCE and GCSE exams are usually received by the school by the beginning of November.
All former Year 11 and Year 13 students are invited to an informal celebratory afternoon teaheld at the school during December. An invitation is sent to all former students from those years and their certificates will be presented to them at that time.
If students are unable to attend they should make arrangements to collect their certificates from the school.
Certificates will be held by the school for a maximum period of 2 years following which they will be destroyed. Unfortunately there is a cost imposed by the Exam Boards for providing duplicate certificates. This varies between the exam boards but is not less than £30 per certificate.
It is, therefore, very important that you keep all certificates in a safe place. They may be needed by a future school/university or employer.
