Following the outcome of the results a student has a number of options open to them should their grade be unexpected.
They can ask for a remark. There are time limits for requesting a remark and a cost involved. Please see the links to the examination awarding bodies websites on the homepage for up to date timescales.
They can request a photocopy of their script and they can request the return of their original script.
If, following a remark, they are still unhappy at the outcome they could appeal. There are time limits for this process and costs involved. Your exams office can provide guidance for individual cases.
