KPMG Apprenticeship Route

KPMGWe would like to share with you, the exciting news about the launch of the brand new school and college leaver programme: KPMG360⁰.  As one of the country’s major employers, KPMG is working hard to open up new routes into business for talented people who in the past may not have considered a career with us. Social Mobility is also a key focus of our recruitment.

KPMG360⁰ is an innovative rotational apprenticeship programme that will provide school and college leavers the opportunity to experience all areas of  business before deciding on specialising in Audit, Tax or Advisory. The programme is flexible over three or six years, depending on the career path the individual chooses.

Their aim is to recruit and develop the next generation of rounded business advisors from a wide variety of backgrounds using the Government’s Trailblazer Apprenticeship Standards. KPMG360° will offer school and college leavers a permanent role with practical experience, a competitive salary and the opportunity to work towards transferable, professional qualifications.

For students with an interest in a career in business, this is a great opportunity for them to start their career straight from school. They are recruiting for 100 places to nationwide offices and are looking for a minimum of 260 UCAS tariff points at A Level (or equivalent), plus 5 GCSE’s Grades A-C, including English and Maths.

Below you will find more information about KPMG360˚ including a brochure.
