The Diversity Committee aims to encourage the celebration of a variety of faiths and cultures through presentations, practical competitions and school displays. Following the success of school celebrations of Black History Month and Remembrance Day, we will be celebrating the Indian festival of light ‘Diwali
From the 9th of November, Tutor groups will be shown a number of informative presentations and then invited to participate in an art and craft competition to create lanterns that will be displayed on the school site. The competition deadline is set for Friday the 20th of November.
All students, families and staff are invited to celebrate the victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance.
