Our pupils are at the heart of everything we do. Within the #oneTKATfamily, the shared and common purpose is to work together as a community of schools to ensure that every TKAT pupil, whatever their background, receives a high quality education and fulfills their potential.
One of our priorities is to support pupils most in need. TKAT ACE - a champion for every child - plays a key role in that. This is a unique and innovative pastoral mentoring programme that provides a dedicated and specially trained 1:1 tutor for disadvantaged pupils and their families. The TKAT SCITT Teacher Training scheme is a highly successful school-based Initial Teacher Training programme. We offer high quality training through our partnership of primary and secondary schools in the South and East of England. You can find out more on our TKAT SCITT website.
