Performing Arts Trip- Years 7-11

The Performing Arts department have arranged a trip to see Oliver the Musical performed at the Gielgud Theatre in London on Thursday 5th March 2026 for the 19.30 performance. This is a great opportunity for your child to experience live professional theatre. 

We have secured tickets at a school discounted price and can offer the trip to pupils for £52 for the theatre ticket and coach.

Itinerary

15:25  Pupils meet Hylands staff at the canteen 

15:30  Staff and students travel to London by coach

17:45  Arrive in London

18:15  Supervised dinner at McDonalds

19:00  Arrive at the theatre 

22:15  Travel back at school

23.45 Arrive back at school (approx)

This trip is open to all year groups.  We have limited spaces available on a first come first served basis.

If you would like your child to be involved in this trip, then please complete the consent form and pay £52 via Parent Pay.

The closing date for the reply slips and payment is Friday 30th January 2026.
